Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

We are a group company with manufacturing bases and trading companies.  We specialize in Stainless Steel, Titanium alloy steel, Nickel alloy steel, Special steel (ninesteel-ss.com), Profiles/structure, Carbon steel (ninesteel-cs.com), Aluminum alloy (Customized service), Copper etc. 

 

Q2: What is your terms of delivery?

EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, etc.

 

Q3: How about the payment terms?

TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. T/T 30% as deposit before producing, 70% balance before delivery by TT or L/C. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

 

Q4: Can you provide a sample for our testing before confirming the order?

Yes. We can provide samples to you for approval before you place bulk order. Free sample is available if we have stock, but the customers have to bear the courier cost.

 

Q5: How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

Firstly, we can provide the certificates from the third party, such as TÜV, CE, if you need. Secondly, we have a complete set of inspection system and every process is checked by QC. We test all our goods before delivery.

 

Q6: Can you produce according to samples?

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

 

Q7: What is the delivery time? 

It depends on the order quantity. Generally, it is 3-5 days if the goods are in stock, or it is 10-30 days if the goods are not in stock.

 

Q8: What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 3 ton. But if your quantity is small, the price may be a little higher. When the quantity is big, the price will be much lower.

 

Q9: Will you send videos or pictures in the processing?

Yes, we will keep you updated about the status here by sending videos or pictures to let you know the whole process.

 

Q10: Can we travel to China to check your factory?

Of course, why not! We will provide whole accompany from your landing in China. Just give us a call before you arrive. We will pick you up from the airport or the hotel and show you around our factory.
