UNS S30430 - EN 1.4567

Essential details

EN 1.4567 has the lowest thermal conductivity among the wrought austenitic stainless steels in the database. It can be equivalent to AISI 302 HQ and AISI 304 Cu, and is a chromium-nickel stainless steel. Unlike the similar material 1431/AISI 304, its copper content is 3-4%, which helps 1.4567 stainless steel to be suitable for cold forming. It can also be used at low temperature.

The material 1.4567 has good forging performance and good corrosion resistance (but not salt water resistance). Among other things, it is used in the automobile industry and screw manufacturing. Good corrosion resistance with excellent low cold work hardening properties.
